*** 3-25-2008 *** ****** FISHIN REPORT BY Ripp ****** I know dem 2 Daddy's is glad dey brought dare son's Fishin with dem today, cuz if dey would have left dem behind dey wouldn't have any fish to eat tonight. i want to Thank Richie K. & guest from right here in La. for fishin with me today, matter of fact right on da other side of da Ms. River. it was a pretty chilly ride again dis mornin. it was 41 degrees when i left da house but it wasn't blowin nothin like yesterday mornin yet, Yea it waited till we got about 3/4 of da way out before she started to pick up but it still wasn't like yesterday. were we caught our specks yesterday da water could have been bottled & sold for Chocolate Milk today, what a mess it was from yesterday to today. we caught one speck out dare. i new it was gonna be tough tryin to get into da marsh but i new a couple of bayous we might be able to sneak in so dats what we decided to do. i cut across a couple of ponds & da mud was flyin & man i was hopein we didn't pick a crab trap up in da wheel. we did make it to where i wanted to go & our 1st. stop we caught 5 or 6 pretty nice reds but i should say dem Boys caught 5 or 6 nice reds, dem 2 Dads was gettin dare butts kicked, i ain't gonna say any names but one Dad did make a lil come back in da 3rd. quarter but dat other Dad it was over for him after da 1st. quarter, sad but true. oh yea he was tryin hard but his cork just wouldn't go under now Nick's cork it couldn't stay up, dat lil boy was some Luckie today, no matter where he throwed his cork it was gonna go under. now i don't tink none of dem lil boys ever saw dare cork go under da 1st. time, i had to keep a close eye on dem 2. i had one eye on each of dem. Nick won 1st. place for catchin da most fish, Trey won 1st. place for da most Sting-Rays, Richie lets see what we could say about him, well it might be best i don't say anyting about him, he did make lots & lots of cast. OK now Dan with out a doubt he got 1st. place all by himself for throwin da most shrimp off da hook, now dats knot bad to have 3- 1st. place players out of 4 in one boat. we got us a good group picture when we got back to da dock den i started cleanin dare fish & da 2 boys fed da pelicans, i tink dem 2 boys dey had a pretty good day. until next time keep da slack out of y'all line & keep da bait wet.
